If Aeternum were an animal, it would be an elephant. Elephants are my favorite animals. Aeternum is my favorite training company. They are both large, and I don’t mean in size, but in their breadth of soul, wisdom and spirit. Elephants are wise animals. They are peaceful, strong and unwavering, but also caring and gentle. They will move forward with courage and certainty of wisdom, no matter what others say and that shows.
Having worked with you even before Aeternum was born and through all these years while I’ve been working at different organizations, I can say with certainty that all the teams that have been trained by you have been deeply touched. Wether it be a customer service team, leaders or specialists. I think the phenomenon of your success lies in being able to go further than the topic at hand and reach the individuals in front of you. Those that have the courage to look within and admit it to themselves or others, can analyze their behavior and the reasons behind it. Each one learning at their own pace and in their own way. Thank you, for all that you do!
If Aeternum were an animal, it would be a race-horse. Why? Because it is bold, constantly developing, fast and smart. It knows how to enjoy good company; how to put in effort towards goals as well as how to rest and reward oneself after an exertion.
Over the years, the inspiring, smart and sparkly trainers at Aeternum have trained our managers and specialist. While the focus of the trainings has varied, self- awareness in both leadership and cooperation has grown across the board. Thank you for an excellent experience in working with you!
If one were to imagine Aeternum as an animal, it would be a monkey who is always positive, creative, full of energy and in constant growth and movement. Always full of humor and a desire to give more of oneself.
Aeternum is a professional and dedicated training company, that has worked with Maasikas for three consecutive years. All trainings take into account our uniqueness. Our employees always look forward to Aeternum trainings because the synergy that is born between the trainer and participants is incredibly captivating and full of energy that will last for a long while even after the training is over. Through Aeternum trainings, we have strengthened our team and encouraged our young sprouts to reach higher and further. We have found support and security on our development path as a team.
If I were to compare Aeternum to an animal, my first vision is of Lotte from Gadgetville- A bold and curious girl-dog whose entrepreneurial spirit and ability to organize is admirable. Lotte is always cheerful and full of new ideas. One can equate the two, for both have a sparkle in their eyes and a strong ability to think outside the box.
Our team has cooperated with Aeternum for about a year and during that time, we have met for four training-days. Our dear trainers, Signe and Kati, are an inspiration with their positive and cheerful outlook. We have gained various theoretical and practical skills to work better as a unified team through the thoroughly prepared trainings. Aeternum trainers can “melt” the resistance of even the most critical participants. Another great value is the poster sketched during the seminar, with all the topics and agreements from the training. Usually, notes from a training end up somewhere in the back of your drawer, whereas a big poster on the wall serves as a daly reminder and anchor for accountability to follow through. Our next training is scheduled to take place in a month and we are already excited for it!
If Aeternum was an animal, it would be a chameleon.
From Aeternum trainings, we have gained knowledge and skills for better customer service as well as food for thought on how to develop our mindset to be more customer focused.
If Aeternum were an animal, it would be some big feline who moves fast and with grace while also being very sharp and attentive.
Aeternum has cheered and inspired the people at Telia for many years with trainings on how to become the master of difficult situations. Aeternum trainings are held in high esteem among our employees, because they contain just the right amount of skills and techniques that have been tried and tested to work in both business and private settings. The trainers emit a lot of positivity and the energy at the trainings inspires participants to apply these techniques right away. Magnificent!
If Aeternum were an animal, it would be either a puppy or a kitten. Like these small animals, Aeternum learns with others the skills needed to cope with life, and does it with an open mind, playfulness and a cheerful disposition.
We have gained quite a lot of confidence and good tips from Aeternum trainings on how to use the right attitude to withstand, manage and help others in difficult situations.
When I look at and think about your website, it affords interesting and even conflicting thoughts. On the one hand, you have a continuous and permanent side to Aeternum. On the other hand, on the contrary, it is the passion, innovation and personal approach that exemplifies your trainers. You will certainly be distinguished by the external attractiveness of your trainers. An animal that describes you could be a chameleon … and perhaps also a monkey. It’s complicated to describe an animal. This is interesting- I even thought of some birds and foxes
that have an attractive appearance. After all, we give the animals certain personal qualities through which this image is created. I wouldn’t dare to say what an animal this could be. Let’s leave some room for playfulness here.Aeternum trainings always offer a degree of freshness and something new and interesting. I dare to believe that this is what the participants expect from the training. Especially when there are many different trainings. The feedback to your training has been generally positive and pleasant.
If Aeternum were an animal, it could be a sweetly burring cat with a well-groomed coat. A bit stubborn, but on the other hand, dignified. And if necessary, fully alert in a second. Aeternum is also characterized by wisdom and caring. Always ready to help when needed.
We have always received a new and fresh viewpoint from Aeternum and sometimes also some unexpected feedback / picture. The trainings contain a bunch of practical tips. We have received help in difficult situations. And the special value for me is honesty. And if you can’t get it any other way, you can with Aeternum. Oh, and good mood is always guaranteed. You will always be able to add another beautiful colorful fragment to a gray worldview. And the people of Aeternum also use colors very boldly. In addition, the trainers highlight the
provision of comprehensive support so that things can always be solved. Last, but not least, you are definitely characterized by your sparkle!
I think, if Aeternum was an animal, it would be a Jack Russell Terrier. Because I’m the owner of one such sweet animal. Her nature would describe you: courage, attention, vigor, color and activeness. She’s never in a bad mood. I didn’t even have to think to describe you that way. I think your team is always cheerful and energetic and you enjoy working together. I can’t remember a moment when you were in a bad mood.
I look at this issue more broadly, as I have been both in the president’s office and the ministry. I wouldn’t like to describe it based on just one team. I would bring out at least two different organizations / teams here. We have gained a lot of positivity, motivation and strength to move forward from the trainings, as well as new fresh energy. Your trainers help participants open up and see the bigger picture. It is important that one describes the viewpoint of how the other party sees things while being in the same situation. I think it is important to get another view, along with supportive motivation and energy.
Aeternum as a cat immediately came to my mind. Feminine and supple. This cat is a good influencer and guide. She creates the feeling that we, as participants, have come up with the solutions during the training. Aeternum is therefore very capable of directing when needed, and we have the impression that we ourselves have quickly found a solution.
Our people have loved how the real-life examples are tied into the practice. Theory is not just textbook wisdom. There is always some added value. Such is the feedback on my part. I remember that after the trainings, there is this enduring knowledge that I can also apply my personal life, which supports my life in general
This is a creative question. The animal who describes Aeternum will certainly have humor, diligence, perseverance, awareness, vigor and faith. Um … some animal that transmits these qualities. For a moment I thought about a rabbit. They are also described by speed and a willingness to act.
The greatest value in Aeternum trainings lies definitely with the trainers. Most notably with Signe and Kati. They are very enthusiastic and work from their heart, while having a decent amount of experience. They are professional and use the right methods. It makes the participants think deeply and talk. They are bright and self-confident in their personalities. Aeternum trainings can make participants see the world at large. The trainings have certainly given us a broader perspective on life. The presentation styles have been captivating. With the speed of modern life, one often doesn’t have time to analyze, but the trainers do it so clearly and confidently in front of the audience. Their examples are based on practical experience and, where possible, a scientific basis is provided. And in fact, all the things that are discussed during the trainings are correct and create a surge of motivation.
